. In High School events, Teams may choose to use a DH and EH...This will allow teams to DH for their pitcher and use an
EH..This will allow more kids to play .  Free substitution will be allowed...Any player that goes in the game should go in the
batter order in the spot that the player he went in for is batting...The idea is to allow high school teams to play as many kids
as they want to...For Example, some teams will bat four total outfielders and let the each rotate and sit out an inning...this is
within the intent of this rule.
